Life coaching gift for Christmas!
“What is the difference between a life coach and a shrink?” This was the question I was asked recently by a friend of mine.
Well, the most significant difference in my opinion is that therapist helps you to look into your past to understand the roots of your current problems whereas the life coach takes you from the moment in the present to the desired result in the future.
Moreover you don’t need to have a problem to work with the life coach.
Working with the life coach doesn’t mean that you are a weak person who is not able to get on with their life.
No matter how strong and determined we are, there are moments when we need someone who believes in our ability to reach our dreams. Someone who can tell us “You can do it!”
Even when we know what we want to achieve and longing for changes in our life, still the unknown is scary and we remain in our comfort zone and feel stuck.
The life coach helps to understand what stops us, what our limiting believes are and how to overcome them.
New Year seems like perfect time to reassess our life goals and to make the coming year the best year yet!

You are so right – you don’t need to be in a pickle to have a life coach. Sometimes we need a cheer leader and/or an accountability buddy to keep you moving towards your goal.
